Online ordering system.
Challenge:
Raise awareness and uptake of ScanSource online ordering system. Convince resellers that ordering online is as easy as ordering by phone.
Solution:
A four postcard campaign was developed. Beginning with a launch mailing “business as usual, but online” to promote online ordering as a viable alternative to ordering by phone, especially for small and ‘repeat’ orders. Follow-up concepts reminded resellers of key benefits of online ordering identified as the most important to the market.
